1. Return Window

Customers may return eligible items within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Shipping

• Ready Rack covers the return shipping cost.

• Customers must send the package back to our return address via a reliable courier service.

• Once the courier receipt is shared, we will reimburse the shipping charges.

3. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Returns/refunds are not applicable on sale or discounted items.

4. Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer (to the account provided by the customer), or

  • Ready Rack gift card (usable for future purchases).

5. Non‑Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items.

• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or not in original condition.
