• You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

• Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer (up to 7 business days).

3. Shipping Costs

• Free shipping is available on all orders above PKR 500.

• For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee will apply, displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

• You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier’s website.

5. Delivery Limitations

• We currently ship within Pakistan only.

• International shipping is not available at this time.
